Random Algorithms

Haha. Did you know that the lottery is not random at all? That the one who can only create random number is God? Well, a random number is something that does not repeat itself at all. and yes, that is its definition. I’m taking a course on simulations right now. And it’s fun. Haha! the softwares that we use such as excel, can only create synthetic or psuedo random algorithms. Because sooner or later, it will repeat the number in the process. That’s why God is the only One who can create a non repeating number. Agree?  Oh ha!!
